We aim to provide a happy environment in which pre-school children aged from 2 and 6 months can play and learn together with materialsand equipment suitable for their needs. T&C's Childcare services is a childminding service that is located at 8 Glen more Gardens, chapel village, Kirkcaldy, Fife, between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday. The registered childminder isTheresa Gilfillan and her assistant is Cheryl freeman. Both are fully qualified and have up to date training certificates. The school we are currently covering for school/nursery drop offs and pick ups is Torbain primary and nursery. However this could change in the future depending the kids we have.

The Playgroup is your child's first steps in early education. The same 3-5 year old curriculum is followed as in Nursery. Profiles are kept for each child and their development recorded. These areavailable for parents to read at any time and meetings are held with staff to discuss your child's development.

LATEST NEWS:- Fife Council are asking parents for feedback on how best they want to use their nursery hours and the flexibility of it. The survey only takes a few minutes to complete. We are onlyweeks away from applying for our Green Flag Award, having already achieved our Bronze and Silver Award. We only have a few more criteria to adhere to and our application for the Green Flag should be with us for summer. Our playpark is now expanding along with our number of children attending the Nursery.

Your child can attend playgroup from 2yrs 6mths - 5yrs. We follow the Birth to Three plan leading onto the Curriculum for Excellence which all Pre-School Educational establishments adhere to. Our Play Leader, Janet Sinclair, co-ordinates the activities. She is qualified to SVQ level 3 in Early Years Care & Education and has an abundance of experience relating to the under-fives. Nominated parents support Janet each session and this is managed through a rota system.
