About the Business
Acorn Children's Club was set up in 1980 to support local parents and children who needed somewhere to go outside of school. We continue to provide a successful program that allows children to interact in a safe environment whilst providing them with fun activities. This helps them to learn social skills which will prove fundamental throughout their lives. Our after school club has a full-time chef who provides the children with healthy, nutritious meals. Our kitchen has been given a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (Very Good) by London Borough of Lewisham on 8th October, 2012.
Our management committee is elected yearly and is formed of parents and local residents. If you would like to find out more, or are interested in joining our committee then please get in touch. We offer children supervised play opportunities in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. We are open to children from Stillness Infants, Stillness Juniors, William of York and Dalmain School.
