About the Business

Acorns Day Nursery was opened in 1994, and is set within the ground floor of a converted house. The nursery is registered for 60 children from 0 - 5 years. Acorns Day nursery is conveniently located on one of the main routes into Exeter. We have parking to the rear of the nursery for parents to use whilst dropping off and collecting their children. We are open Monday to Fridays from 7.45am to 6.15pm and offer both full and part time places.

Our experienced and qualified staff aim to create an environment in which the children feel safe, happy and valued as an individual. The staff ensure that they provide a stimulating environment for the children in their care, so that they can grow and develop into happy individuals.

The Ofsted inspector reminded us that the new evaluation schedule makes it much more difficult to get Outstanding overall.
