About the Business
Welcome, my name is Sam, I am a recently registered childminder with NHSCT and fully insured with NICMA - the childminding association. I have always wanted to work with children ever since I was young. I grew up in a family home were my mum was a childminder and also both parents were foster carers so the house was always filled with children and I believe this played a big part in my carer with children. When choosing my GCSE's I decided to do a Home Economics: Child Development which then led me on to do my NVQ level 2 in childcare and BTEC National Diploma in Early years care and education.
I have 12+ years experience in childcare working with babies, toddlers and children through various work experiences including college experience and jobs. Assistant Supervisor - Private Nursery I have worked in a local Nursery as an Assistant Supervisor, children aged 1-2 years, over seeing staff and working along side the supervisor to make sure that the room ran smoothly.
