About the Business
Our proprietor, Hazel Richardson has over 20 years of experience in child care, having gained her NNEB (National Nursery Exam Board) diploma back in 1991. In June 2013 our Sussex branch opened under the management of Suzie McNally. Hazel and Suzie have worked in all areas of nannying and child care, even maternity nursing and personally oversee the interviews of each nanny on our books. Both being mothers, they understand the concerns faced by both nannies and parents.
We pride ourselves on our friendly, encouraging approach and believe that good communication between carer and parent is essential in establishing trust and peace of mind.
