Based within the grounds of Heamoor Community Primary School in Heamoor, Penzance, we offer a variety of child care options for parents of children aged 0 to 12 years. We are open between 8am and 6pm,Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year (we close for one week at Christmas, everybody needs a holiday sometime!) and can offer care for up to 52 children.

My name is Julie Cartwright and I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Helston, Cornwall. I offer a warm welcome to all children aged from 0 - 11 years of age. I can provide flexibility andcontinuity of care allowing the child's routine as near as possible to be a replication of that at home. This makes it easier for the child/children to settle in and for you to be happy that your values/cultural needs are being respected.

In 1998 the school was full to capacity and needed the rooms the nursery occupied, so we had to look for a new home. After many enquiries and much work we received funding from N.R.F, S.R.B, D.F.E.S &Neighbourhood Nursery Initiative to build a new purpose built nursery on the site of Rosemellin Community Primary School. As well as being a registered charity, the Gooseberry Bush became the first Neighbourhood Day Nursery in the South West of England.

My Name is Deborah Lunt (Debbie). I am 34 years old and I live in Redruth Cornwall with my husband Nathaniel and our daughters Harriet and Amelia. We live in a spacious 3 bedroom house in Redruth. Wehave a large lounge/diner so we have plenty of room for playing and easy access to a table for lots of fun art type activites. We have a small but very usable garden to play in with a variety of garden toys including a playhouse and a water table.

We are a Cornish charity supporting bereaved children, young people, parents and carers throughout the county. We offer children and young people the chance to meet others and share their experiences,as well as practical resources for children and parents.

We are a parent committee led Nursery and pre-school, a registered charity and members of the pre-school learning alliance. Our Pre-school opened in 1982 in the St Day Community Centre and moved toit's present setting at the St Day and Carharrack Community School in 1999. In 2006 we became a nursery offering care for 0-4's from 8am until 6pm 50 weeks a year, adding the sunbeam room to our pre-school room.

At Fit ‘N Fun Kids we put you and your child at the centre of everything that we do. You can relax when you bring your child to Fit ‘N' Fun Nurseries, comfortable in the knowledge thatthey will be safe, stimulated, nurtured, educated, supported and encouraged. Find out how we can make your life easier by offering a broad range of childcare and support services.

If you decide to let us care for your child at Chuckles we will take time to settle both you and your child into nursery. The nursery manager will arrange suitable days and times for you to initiallyattend with your child, then for your child to be left with us knowing that you will be returning in a short period. These sessions are tailored to each individual child. We feel that each of our settings benefit from their own individual characteristics. We hope that you will come and see for yourself.

I've been working with children for over 15 years. I originally started out training in day nurseries and Montessori schools. I then went on to be a childrens' rep, and I've also managed a crèche, been assistant manager of a nursery, run after-school clubs and holiday clubs, worked as a nanny and with children with special educational needs. After all my experience, I think I learnt the most when I become a mummy in 2009 and I now have 3 gorgeous children!
