Penguin Pre-school believes that training is an important part of building a successful team. Staf attend a minimum of four training courses per year to ensure the best and most current knowledge is implemented in the Pre-School. Penguin Pre-School operates a key person system to ensure excellent communication and relationships between the children and parent/carers.
