Busy Otters

Busy Otters is a committee run group that was first registered in 1987. In 2011 we moved to a new purpose built building attached to Ottery St Mary Primary School. Busy Otters is a vibrant, fun and nurturing pre-school at the very heart of the Ottery St Mary Community. With an excellent prime position next to the popular primary school and brand new facilities, we warmly welcome children from 2 1/2 to 5 years. We believe that every child is unique and in these important formative years it is our aim to provide a wide range of activities and experiences to help your child develop to the best of their ability and to provide a happy, safe and secure environment.

Our aim is to provide excellent quality care for pre-school children: To give positive encouragement for children to become independent and confident in a calm, safe, caring and stimulating atmosphere. Government funding is available the term after their 3rd birthday for a maximum of 15 hours per week.
