We meet all our nannies so they are highly vetted and all references & qualifications checked thoroughly, so we are sure they are up to our standard before putting them forward for a position. Contented Childcare only looks at nannies that are either qualified, have extensive childcare experience and most importantly have a passion for childcare. Contented Childcare is run independently by Aimee Downing, a fully qualified Chiltern Trained Nanny with a wealth of childcare experience. Naturally she has been through the nanny agency process many times and believes she can offer a service with a more personal approach to both the nanny & family ensuring the perfect match is made. Aimee considers that this is paramount when hiring a nanny as they become part of your family and someone whom your children forms strong bonds with.
