Haxey Pre-School was established in 1975. The governing body Ofsted assesses and inspects the school to ensure we are reaching the required standards. A copy of our last inspection report is availableat www.ofsted.qov.uk/reports. We run a successful Key worker system whereby each child is allocated a trained staff member who observes, monitors and records the child's development; this in turn helps the child to settle into Pre- School quickly.
Kids Club Cabin was founded in 1996 to provide child care in the community and to offer an environment where safety, friendliness and fair and equal opportunities were to be the guiding lights. Weemploy fully qualified and experienced staff to ensure that these long held principals are maintained.
We feel that Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery really does provide a safe, exciting, and stimulating environment, where your children can develop naturally, learn and be cared for. As the nursery is on ourfarm we feel we can offer children quite unique learning opportunities in such a natural and green environment. The children enjoy going out on farm walks, feeding the lambs, watching the cows, sheep and ponies, as well as collecting eggs from the resident hens.
Here our aim is to provide high quality care and education for all children, in an environment that offers an exceptional balance between LEARNING and PLAYTIME! We work hard to ensure that ourprovision recognises and meets the diverse needs of each individual child and their family. To maximise the children's learning experiences, the nursery uses the "Development Matters in the Early Years Foundation Stage" (EYFS), to plan learning activities and experiences for each individual child.
I live in a quiet little village on the outskirts of Hull. I live with my husband who've I've been married to since 2001 and our two youngest daughters. We all live in a smoke free home. I have over20 years' experience supporting vulnerable people, varying from supporting young people in the community, working as a nursery assistant and as a 1:1 for a child with cerebral palsy. In 2010 my family and I moved overseas for 12 months due to my husband's employment.
