About the Business
I have worked in childcare for the last 23 years and run a small full time childminding group in Radlett. I work full time with my assistant Timea, however my daughters Rachel and Jo are also registered as my assistants and can provide emergency cover if needed All of my assistants have full first aid, CRBs (now known as DBS) safeguarding and EYFS training and lots of experience working with children. Having assistants that all know the children, their routines and their families allows continuity of care and cover for illness or emergencies.
