Hi, my name is Sally and I am a fully qualified, insured, registered childminder based in Hitchin. I am married to Christophe and have 3 children, aged 11, 14 and 16. I have been childminding for 6years and feel passionate about providing a warm and friendly environment where the children can feel safe and secure as well as have lots of fun.
What do Ofsted think? Children are warmly welcomed into the playgroup and they settle quickly at activities. Children are prepared well for school because staff encourage their independence. Forexample, they pour and serve their own drinks and snacks and get ready for outside play. Children make independent choices from a range of healthy fruit options.
My aim is to provide a safe and welcoming home environment for your child, somewhere they'll be happy to stay and hopefully, have fun. Please have a look around the site and if there is anything elseyou would like to know or you would like to arrange a visit please call or email me.
One of the best things about being a Childminder is having the opportunity to help a child grow and develop, just seeing their faces light up when you help them to achieve a new skill or discoversomething new is so rewarding. I find it an absolute privilege looking after other people's children because they are so precious.
