I'm Gemma and a Ofsted registered childminder. I live at the setting with my partner Mike and our two sons Dylan who is 5 and Joshua is 10. I have a diploma in psychotherapy and counselling and I havevolunteered for a charity called Home start which supports families with children 5 years or under, who are experiencing problems.
The favourable staff / pupil ratio allows our experienced teachers to give personal attention to all children and encourages close liaison with parents. There is an ambitious programme of developmentin progress which will enhance our facilities even further.
The Willow Centre, where Kiddie Kapers is located, is a community building with Children's Centre status developed in partnership between Sure Start and the Beaver Community Trust. The BeaverCommunity Trust is a 'not for profit Limited Company', with charity status, originally set up in partnership between South Ashford Baptist Church, Sure Start Ashford and the local community.
